If you need an invitation letter for the conference (e.g. for visa application) please contact the organizing committee via email. Please provide the following information: Full name, Full address, Country of Residence, Passport number, Consulate that will handle your visa application. We will get back to you with the neccessary documents as soon as possible!
Note: For the ISBEM Member discount you have to be a member of the International Society of Bioelectromagnetism (ISBEM). To apply for the membership please visit the ISBEM website.

* We are happy to announce that graduate students including PhD students from low and lower-middle income countries (LLMIC) below the age of 35 will be granted a reduced registration fee of 125€ (or 175€ after 15.04.2018).
Travel Scholarships
Additionally, a limited number of presenters from LLMIC will be granted a travel scholarship covering a part of the travel and accommodation costs. The exact numbers are not yet decided. If you feel eligible please contact us via email. The participants selected for a travel scholarship will be informed along with the Notification of Acceptance.
